sawanee
My daughter’s barsa (naming) ceremony happened on 1st January 2006. We named our daughter ‘Sawanee’.
- in devnagari. The name is derived from an Indian classical raga. Another unrelated meaning attributed is ‘lady born in the month of Sawan’ (Shrawan in marathi). Sawanee was very well behaved on the day of the naming ceremony – she decided to take a nap all through out the day.
Tomorrow, she will be a month old – time flies I must say.

so is she in bombay or back to Pune?
wow samk u are a father now, I hope u behave like one and that too u have girl.Wow u are going to be so protective about her. Did u meet up with bhavya? BTW HAPPY NEW YEAR!
